Was ist Improvisation? Wie kann man aus dem Nichts eine einzigartige und spannende Performance komponieren? Wir finden unser eigenes Bewegungspotential in Solos, erweitern unser kreatives Ideenreichtum und schöpfen aus verschiedenen Bewegungsqalitäten und Dynamiken.
Elemente der Contact Improvisation fließen in Partner und Gruppenelemte. Das erweitern wir dann zur Improvisation in und mit dem Raum. Die Möglichkeit des ständigen Wechsels der Bilder, Szenen und Konstellationen, das nicht wissen, sich selbst überraschen und die Spontanität aus dem Bauch heraus zu agieren würzen das achtsame Zusammenspiel in der Gruppe. Stille, Pausen und ein tiefes Zuhören in die präsens des Momentes sind ein wichtiger Teil auf dem Weg den ganzen Prozeß wahr zu nehmen.
Wir kreieren gemeinsam Neues, ergänzen und befruchten uns.
Life -Musiker ergänzen einen Teil des Kurses/Workshops. Bei Workshops ist auch eine optionale Abschlussperformance

Improvisation / Instant Composition
What means improvised dance? How can we compose a unique and interesting performance out of nothing? We find our personal movement potential in solo dancing. We increase our creative capacities und enrichen the dance from different movement qualities and dynamics.
Elements of contact improvisation float into duetts and group scores. We spread out the improvisation into and with the space. The opportunity of constant change of images, scenes and constellation, the not-knowing, surprising ourselfes and acting spontaniously from the intuition spices the attentive interaction in the group. Also stillness, pauses and a deep listening to the present moment are an important part in the way to open up for sensing the whole process.
Together we create something new, complete and inseminate each others. Musicians might join for parts of the workshops. Ther will be an optional final performance.
