**ConTango & Embodiment Research Intensive with Gabriele Koch and Alon Ritter**

Are you passionate about ConTango but finding it challenging to refine your Tango or Contact technique? Do you struggle to define what ConTango means to you? Or perhaps you’re eager to deepen your connection with this unique dance form?

We’re thrilled to invite you to a transformative long weekend intensive that kicks off on Thursday evening with an opening class followed by a welcoming JaMilonga. On Friday and Saturday, our mornings will be dedicated to a Contact Deepdive Intensive, and in the afternoons, we’ll dive deep into Tango. Each evening, we’ll gather for JaMilonga, and on Sunday, we’ll embark on a special ConTango research day, exploring the ever-evolving, dynamic ecosystem of ConTango.

Throughout the intensive, we’ll delve into the practice through various formats, including Solo, Duo, Trio, and Ensembles. Our teaching is rooted in somatic practices, ensuring that every class begins mindfully, with a strong focus on body awareness and nervous system regulation.
