Wir arbeiten mit Body-Mind Centering® (BMC)\, Kontaktimprovisation und traditioneller chinesischer Medizin (TCM). \nBei BMC und TCM geht es darum\, den Körper zu spüren\, sich etwas vorzustellen und jedem System Raum zu geben. Anspannungen und Blockaden können sich lösen. Es entstehen neue Bewegungsqualitäten — Leichtigkeit und Lebendigkeit. \nDie Meridiane der chinesischen Medizin zeigen\, wie Energie durch den Körper fließt. Body-Mind Centering® zeigt uns die feinen Systeme\, die unseren Körper und unsere Gefühle verbinden. Diese Wahrnehmung verbindet sich mit der Kontaktimprovisation. Dort gelten dieselben Prinzipien: Fließen\, Balance und Verbundenheit. Jede Berührung\, jedes gemeinsam getragene Gewicht\, wird zu einem Dialog — zwischen Geben und Empfangen. Mit Berührung und Partner-Arbeit kommen wir in die Kontaktimprovisation. Wir spielen mit Schwerkraft und gemeinsamem Gewicht. Wir finden gemeinsam einen intuitiven Fluss. Gabi bringt Werkzeuge aus Body-Mind Centering® und der Improvisation mit. Lucas bringt Perspektiven aus der chinesischen Medizin und der somatischen Energetik. Gemeinsam laden sie uns ein\, unsere Wünsche zu wagen und die Möglichkeiten zu öffnen\, die bereits in uns warten. \nDieser Workshop ist offen für alle\, die sich gerne bewegen und ihre eigene Körperarbeit erforschen möchten. Anfänger*innen und Profis sind gleichermaßen willkommen – es sind keine Vorkenntnisse oder Einschränkungen erforderlich. \nEmbodied Movement — Body-Mind Centering®\, Contact Improvisation & Chinese Medicine with Gabriele Koch & Lucas Manganelli \nYour body is made up of cells\, muscles\, bones\, organs\, and your nervous system. \nIn this two-day workshop\, you will explore the systems of your body. We work with Body-Mind Centering® (BMC)\, Contact Improvisation\, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). \nBoth BMC and TCM invite us to sense the body\, use imagination\, and give space to each system. Tensions and blockages can release. New qualities of movement emerge—lightness and vitality. \nThe meridians of Chinese medicine show how energy flows through the body. Body-Mind Centering® reveals the subtle systems that connect our body and our emotions. This awareness merges with Contact Improvisation\, where the same principles apply: flow\, balance\, and connection. Every touch\, every shared weight\, becomes a dialogue—between giving and receiving. \nThrough touch and partner work\, we enter Contact Improvisation. We play with gravity and shared weight\, discovering an intuitive flow together. Gabi brings tools from Body-Mind Centering® and improvisation. Lucas contributes perspectives from Chinese medicine and somatic energetics. Together\, they invite us to dare our desires and open to the possibilities already waiting within us. \nThis workshop is open to everyone who loves to move and explore their own bodywork. Amateurs and professionals are equally welcome—no prior experience or restrictions required. \nGabriele Koch ist Tänzerin\, Choreografin und Pädagogin mit Herz und Seele. \nSeit ihrer frühsten Kindheit ist Bewegung ihre Ausdrucksform. Über vielfältige Wege wie Ballett und Kunstturnen\, die verschiedensten Formen des Modernen und Ausdruckstanzes fand sie zum zeitgenössischen Tanz\, der Improvisation und Contact Improvisation\, welche für sie die absolute Vielfalt der an Möglichkeiten\, so wie Authenzität bedeuten. Gabriele hat eine Ausbildung zur Diplom – Bewegungspädagogin. Seit 2025 ist sie Somatic Movement Educator für Body-Mind Centering®. Persönliche Entwicklung und Freude am Bewegen steht in ihrem Unterricht im Vordergrund. \nDazu ist sie auch überregional\, deutschlandweit und international tätig.\nTanz heißt für sie immer lebendig zu bleiben und neue Wege zu finden. \nGabriele Koch is a dancer\, choreographer\, and teacher with heart and soul. \nSince early childhood\, movement has been her primary form of expression. Through diverse paths such as ballet and artistic gymnastics\, as well as various forms of modern and expressive dance\, she found her way to contemporary dance\, improvisation\, and Contact Improvisation\, which for her represent the full spectrum of possibilities and authenticity. \nGabriele holds a diploma as a movement pedagogue. Since 2025\, she has been a Somatic Movement Educator in Body-Mind Centering®. Personal development and the joy of movement are central to her teaching. She works regionally\, throughout Germany\, and internationally. beyond intellectual understanding\, \nFor her\, dance means staying alive and continuously discovering new paths. \nLucas Manganelli ist Therapeut und transdisziplinärer Künstler: Akupunkteur\, transgenerationeller Psychoanalytiker\, Choreograf\, Tätowierer und Leiter einer zivilgesellschaftlichen Initiative. Seine Arbeit wurzelt in Fragen von Herkunft sowie intra- und interpersonellen Beziehungen. \nLucas Manganelli is a therapist and transdisciplinary artist: an acupuncturist\, transgenerational psychoanalyst\, choreographer\, tattoo artist\, and leader of a civil society initiative.
